The exes hit the red carpet at a party celebrating Taylor's recent magazine cover. You know, the one with the smokin' hot sweaty pics?

"I remember looking at those photos and I was like, dude, that's an amazing shoot... he looks good!" Selena spilled, wiping the drool from her chin.

Still, the newbie Twilight fan (who didn't read the books until she started "hanging out" with Taylor in Vancouver) says there's no question about it: She'd rather be a vampire than werewolf!

Taylor's response? "We'll have to have a conversation."
